STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Devices using the 7600M XT 
2. Runtime "Run Configuration Wizard"

OBSERVED RESULT
Display "No hardware encoders found."

EXPECTED RESULT
Worked fine for my codec

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20231031
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.9
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.111.0

Maybe it is because openSUSE disabled codecs for mesa?

What happens if you try again after following the steps in [1]?

Can you please post the output of `vainfo`? (It is from the the `libva-utils` package.)
