STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Monitor
2. click on "Applications" in the left side
3. right-click on any column and choose "Configure columns..."

OBSERVED RESULT
Empty space on top and bottom of the columns list. These empty spaces do not appear when we reopen the "Configure columns" dialog. Can reproduce the same in the "Processes" page. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
the empty spaces should never appear

Can reproduce. it goes away if I resize the window.

Cannot reproduce on neon unstable.
