SUMMARY
Can reproduce on Arch Linux and neon unstable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Digital Clock settings
2. set "Text display" to "Manual"
3. click on "Choose style..." button
4. check "Strikeout" and "Underline" effects and click on "OK" button
5. apply the change

OBSERVED RESULT
checked effects are not applied to the Digital Clock

EXPECTED RESULT
checked effects should be applied
