STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Youtube Music.
2. Start the player.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Duplicate icon on the panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
Display only one notification.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 38
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

Please answer the following questions:
1. If you hover over them, so their tooltips say the same thing?
2. If you click on each of them, do their popups show the same thing?
3. Did you manually add any "Media Player" widgets to your Panel?
4. Does one of them disappear when YouTube Music (Which I assume is an app?) isn't running?

I migrated to opensuse, it seems that the error is not with KDE but with
Fedora.

Hmm, OK. In general, switching distros is a drastic course of action that will mask the actual cause of an issue and make it impossible to fix. And that's what happened here; I couldn't reproduce it, and now you can't reproduce it anymore either, so unfortunate there is no chance of the underlying cause of the bug being fixed. In the future please don't switch distros immediately when you encounter a bug. :)
