STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Monitor
2. click on "Applications" or "Processes" in the left side
3. right-click on any column and choose "Configure columns..."
4. scroll the columns list repeatedly - I'm using a touchpad

OBSERVED RESULT
choppy scrolling

EXPECTED RESULT
smooth scrolling

Can confirm, it's a bit choppy when scrolled with a touchpad really fast. I very much doubt this is a Plasma 6 regression though as the delegates were only just recently ported to be lighter weight than they were in Plasma 5.

Scrolling has always been a bit problematic, partly due to ProcessModel not being properly threaded. It's one of those things that I'd love to fix but which isn't severe enough to warrant the massive amount of work it takes.

The scrolling feels smooth on Plasma 6.5 beta.
