STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. hold an graphics tablet pen button drag on an scrollable window in an plasma system program 2. do the same on any other program OBSERVED RESULT in the system programs the window scrolls in the others apart from some which has proper support for graphics tablets scrolling built in clicking and dragging with any of the two side buttons (mapped to rmb and mmb) it registers an click when the button is released and with the pen nib (mapped to lmb) it creates an selection box or do nothing if the program doesn't have selectable options EXPECTED RESULT scroll to work with one of the side buttons systemwide SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: fedora 39, kernel 6.5.6-300.fc39.x86_64 (64-bit) (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0 Qt Version: 5.15.10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
What is a "plasma system program", specifically? Which app are you experiencing this issue in?

Which app are you > experiencing this issue in? by plasma system program i meant things like the settings and task manager, and pretty much any gtk program, telegram desktop and web browsers had different behavior
