Error pop-up

SUMMARY
***
After starting Okular 23.08.2 (I CAN'T SELECT 08.1 from the drop-down) this message is displayed: "gpgme-w32spawn.exe was not found in the detected installation directory of GpgME "C:\Program Files\Oklar\bin"

Crypto operations will not work.

If you see this it indicates a problem iwth your installation. Please report the problem to your distributor of GpgME.

Developer's Note: The install dir can be manually set with: gpgme_set_global_flag

1.  Start the program
OBSERVED RESULT
An error pop-up is displayed

Correction: The error pop-up shows after opening a PDF document!
