STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure System Monitor Page
2. Add Row
3. Add Column
4. Set one monitor to temperatures (see attached screenshot) and the other to fan speed
5. Set both to horizontal bar type

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe: scaling in fan speed (green in screenshot) versus no scaling in temperatures (red in screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
Expected: temperature bars scaled in temperature the same as fans.

This happens because those sensors do not report a maximum value, so there is no way for the sensor to determine what the maximum is. For Plasma 6.1, you can now manually specify the data range for horizontal bars when this happens.
