Depiction of the problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invoke systemsettings5.
2. Restore systemsettings5.
3. Enter kcm_icons.
4. Open the icon size configurator pseudo-window.
5. Maximize the window.

OBSERVED RESULT
It renders past the top of the window (without any movement animation).

EXPECTED RESULT
It should remain in the centre of the window.

Might not matter because the module is to be removed is Plasma 6 anyway, I expect.

The icon size dialog has been removed for Plasma 6, so no further bugfixes for it can be expected for Plasma 5.
