STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Home (left panel) and then your username. It goes to your profile
2. Click on Notifications (left panel) and then your username. It does NOT go to your profile

OBSERVED RESULT
It does NOT go to your profile

EXPECTED RESULT
It goes to your profile

Thanks, I seen this happen once or twice on master so it looks like it affects 23.08 as well. I have some suspicions on why this could be happening :)
