To have possibility edit and commenting image from file or clipboard.

Where do you see an "Import from" button? I don't see one in Spectacle?

Regardless `spectacle -e` will do what you want. We intentionally don't have a GUI for this as Spectacle is not intended to be a general purpose image editor.

Yes, GUI do not have "import" button. I mean that it is wish.
Like in "Greenshot".
It could be useful if you need add some comment to existed old screenshot

Right. You can follow the instructions I provided, or else open the screenshot in Gwenview and annotate it there. Or Kolourpaint, or GIMP, or any other image handling app that implements annotation or drawing functionality. Again, Spectacle isn't intended to be a general purpose image editor.

Thank you!
I see that "spectacle -E <existingFileName>" works fine.
