STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. switch windows
2. get back to krita 

OBSERVED RESULT
the navigation view tools do not work properly anymore

EXPECTED RESULT
well navigation tools working i guess ?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

this may be related to floating windows, as when i move them or such it unstucks the thing briefly before getting bugged again.
