seems to only reproduce in switch between Dolphin or Settings to non-KDE windows(Firefox), not between non-KDE to non-KDE windows.

So you re-bound right-click so that it opens the Alt+Tab window switcher in all apps except for Firefox?

I use right-click to start gesture.And I set a gesture that send Alt+Tab, it's enabled for all apps except for Firefox(for Firefox,I use it's add-on Gesturefy).
Everytime I use the global gesture switch from Dolphin/System-Settings/Goldendict to Firefox, right click become unresponsive, the only method I found to resume is to press Meta/Win key.

What gesture? Are you using mouse gestures in the "Custom Shortcuts" page in System Settings?

Thanks for the info.

Note that this functionality has been removed in Plasma 6 so I'm afraid there is no prospect of a fix.
