STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right Click Desktop -> Wallpaper
2. Add

OBSERVED RESULT
jpg images are not recognized by filter set in the dialog

EXPECTED RESULT
jpg images should be recognized

Make sure your local folder does not have strange mime type file, and clean your mime cache.
