SUMMARY
Moving the mouse with the trackpad on a laptop while running plasma-wayland-session is slow, jerky, and overall frustrating. This does not effect the trackpoint nub to my knowledge and experience

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use KDE wayland session
2. Move mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse is jerky

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse should be smooth and precise

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch (Rolling release)

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0

This is pretty much completely fixed in Plasma 6 with a variety of code changes.
