SUMMARY
ctrl + alt + I  , should search all actions in menus but doesn't seem to work with krita.

Hm... the find action shortcut is ctrl+return for me (and works), ctrl+alt+i is the new image window. Did you setup this shortcut yourself?

it does seem to work with ctrl + return, all other kde apps had ctrl + alt + i as the default shortcut, so
thought it was a bug.

Ah, for us ctrl+alt+i had been for scaling the image for years, so we switched to ctrl+return instead. You can configure it to be ctrl+alt+i if you'd like in the settings. I'll close this bug then, thanks for getting back to us :)
