I search for a string I know it is very frequent, by pressing Ctrl+F. 3. I select of the "search in" options and by type of event. 4. I select the right date range. OBSERVED RESULT No results. For some other keywords I get some results. EXPECTED RESULT Lots of results SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma based on Ubuntu 22.04 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.27 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0 Qt Version: 5.15.11 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hi, thanks for the report. Is the string you are searching for present in the title of the event you expect to appear, or in its description or somewhere else?
Search is working since korganizer Version 5.24.3 (23.08.3) Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.9 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.111.0 Qt Version: 5.15.11 Kernel Version: 6.6.1-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 When it failed, the criteria was always searched in the title of calendar events. It's working since my last update this weekend. Thanks for considering.
I'm searching for some value that is in the description. Now I'm not using KDE Neon but Pop OS and cannot test latest version of KOrganizer.
