STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have at least one notebook
2. Right-click on the notebook icon in the left notebook list

OBSERVED RESULT
UI elements "jump"

EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing or a context menu to manage that notebook (rename/delete)
