STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add 2 clips to the timeline on top of one another
2. Add Composite and transform between them
3. try to zoom more than 100%

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens. Less than 100 is fine

EXPECTED RESULT
the top clip should change size

Actually, it's the same for normal Composite

Ok, somebody let me know that i need to check Distort for it to work. May I just ask why it's not enabled by default, and why it still works with transform without the Distort checked ? Just curious :)
