I was thinking that maybe you can just upload your theme to https://store.kde.org/browse?cat=353 ? This way is accessible though the download functionality in the app for all versions of the app, even older ones
I would upload it if I could find out where. I see a list of themes for kpat but nothing, not even in my profile gives me a hint.
I even got into pling as that seemed to be a way to make a project, but there are way too many questions I have no response for. So I'm still lost. Don't mean to be a dummy, I'm pretty good at these things.
Still looking for a volunteer to help. I run into dead ends no matter what docs I use. kde.invite, gitlab, github.
