settings source list

SUMMARY
in settings i have my default source set to flathub flatpak but apps with multiple sources have fedoras regular repo as the default install source.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have flatpak set as your default source
2. have flathub as your first source

OBSERVED RESULT
fedora regular repo is set to an apps install source.

EXPECTED RESULT
flathub should be the default source.

Can reproduce.

Cannot reproduce anymore. Must have gotten fixed.
