SUMMARY *** Currently, the artist(s) of an album are displayed directly under the name of the album in the playlist sidebar and the party view. This is fine when the album contains only songs made by that artist, but leaves out information about who made which song within the album when it contains songs by other artists. I've attached screenshots of what I'm referring to. In those screenshots, "IRREGULAR NATION 9" is a compilation album containing songs by many different artists and "Union" is an album made by two different artists; each song in "Union" being made by one, the other, or both artists. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Load an album into the playlist containing songs by multiple artists. 2. Look at either the playlist sidebar or the party view. OBSERVED RESULT Artist(s) associated with specific songs within an album are not displayed clearly next to the title of the song. EXPECTED RESULT Artist(s) associated with specific songs within an album are displayed clearly next to the title of the song. I realized after submitting this that the artist(s) of the currently playing song is displayed at the top of the application, which does show the otherwise missing information. If showing this information would lead to undesirable visuals, I'm fine with the option not existing. I'm aware that it would probably crowd the sidebar when the artist(s) and / or title of the song are long. Unsure how it would impact visuals of the party view though.
