SUMMARY

I am not entirely sure what the issue/bug is. While trying to solve another issue, someone informed me there is a bug with `plasma-nm` and so I am opening a bug report.

All the details are in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/1351#note_2115978:

> Unfortunately it seems the dialog doesn't allow you to choose the connection name but only the device, and then it tries to (wrongly) guess the connection uuid to use.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Created a VLAN
2. Create a bridged network
3. Go to add a VLAN to it
4. Click the `Parent interface` drop down -- the VLAN is missing

OBSERVED RESULT

The VLAN you created is missing.

EXPECTED RESULT

See the VLAN in the drop down.
