STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Press alt + tab
2.  leave tab but continue press alt 
3. press super key then leave alt key
4. go with your mouse over the window list
5. left click the window list and drag it to somewhere
6. or right click and resize it

OBSERVED RESULT

window list can be resized or moved
EXPECTED RESULT
window list should not be resized or moved

Cannot reproduce on Wayland in Plasma 6; seems like it's already been fixed!

Hi!
I forgot about this issue but i can still reproduce it in plasma 6.4 and plasma 6.5 dev
I can resize the alt + tab widget
