STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in a removable disk
2. Open terminal and cd to the disk (To make it block unmount)
3. Click "Safely remove"
4. Close the widget
5. Open the widget, and click "Safely remove" again

OBSERVED RESULT
"One or more files on this devices are opened" message is not shown

Can reproduce in Plasma 6, but was this also reproducible in Plasma 5?
