Hello,

currently Lokalize produces copyright headers in the following shape:

# SPDX-FileCopyrightText: 2023 Mario Blättermann <mario.blaettermann@gmail.com>

This is not useful for the scripts in our project manpages-l10n [1]. To generate proper addenda in translated man pages and in the authors' list, we need the previous shape:

# Mario Blättermann <mario.blaettermann@gmail.com>, 2023.

Maybe someone really needs the SPDX stuff ... But it should be configurable in the settings what the translator and the project needs.
