Content cut off

SUMMARY
When opening the plasmoid for the first time in a session, some content will be cut off at the bottom. When closing and opening the plasmoid again, it expands to show all content. This only seems to happen with some weather services.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place a weather plasmoid on a panel 
2. Set the plasmoid to use a NOAA weather station
3. Click to open the plasmoid

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

The dialog that this plasmoid lives on has been re-done for Plasma 6 which makes it exceedingly unlikely that the issue can still happen--at least not in the same way. For now let's call it fixed until someone can confirm that it still happens in Plasma 6.
