SUMMARY
Unlike VLC the minimum window size for Haruna is much larger, which is frustrating as I like to resize it to be quite small like a PiP window oftentimes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to resize the window as small as possible

OBSERVED RESULT
With my 1920x1080 monitor I'd estimate the minimum is about 850x450 

EXPECTED RESULT
No minimum size.
