SUMMARY *** Brush outline does not render if brush pixels are white. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Make sure that brush outlines (Configure Krita -> General-> Brush Outline Shape) is enabled. Can be either circle/preview outline. (behavior reproducible in either) 2. Create a 1024x1024 image 3. delete the background so it is transparent 4. draw and fill a white colored circle 5. export image as a .png 6. Now in the brush editor import the above image as a predefined brush tip 7. with it active hover over the canvas area to see if outline is shown. OBSERVED RESULT No outline shown if the texture color is white. EXPECTED RESULT I expected the transparency to create the brush tip outline. Additional info: If you use any other color instead of white with transparency the brush outline seems to show up fine.
huh, that's weird, I can't reproduce this. Can you share a brush tip that's giving you trouble? Because for me it works...
