SUMMARY
The SSH manager in Konsole is pretty useful. However, currently it only works if Konsole is already open. It would be nice if I could use KRunner to start an SSH session by its name, like is possible with Konsole profiles.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open SSH manager
2. Ensure there is at least one config
3. See that it appears when using the shortcut configured in the plugin
4. Try to search for the config in KRunner

OBSERVED RESULT
No (meaningful) results

EXPECTED RESULT
The SSH entry that is configured in Konsole
