Having a project that includes interlaced and progressive mpeg2 clips , 25 fps. The project adjustment is 720 x 576, interlace, top field first.
Want: render an mpeg4 file 784 x 576, 25fps progressive. (unfortunately not possible with kdenlive but wished: 50fps)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. regardless on rendering setup, kdenlive always renders an interlaced output.
2. Changing to project setup from interlaced to progressive has no effect. the render output always is interlaced
3.
