Missing Codeview for Split Pane

SUMMARY

When restoring from saved session on Kate, it sometime does not open up the code view, requiring that I close all files on split pane and reopen them.
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Kate
2. Open Saved Session
3. See missing code view for split pane

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.5.5-arch1-1 (64-bit) / Plasma 5.27.8-1 (Provided by Arch Linux Pacman)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

Is there a consistent way to reproduce this issue? Its a major bug that should be fixed.
