A video of me moving with the mouse above the icons from left to right and from right to left to show the different behavior depending on which direction the mouse is being moved

Hello, this is my first bug report for KDE and I'm not sure if this is the right place for this specific bug because I don't really know which component is handling this view in Plasma so please move it to the correct place if it's wrong here, thank you!

SUMMARY
When hovering over the symbols in the "Show hidden symbols"-view from left to right is smooth and seamless because it instantly focuses the symbols . However when doing the same from right to left a bit slower it shows the name of the icon as a text pop-up. Moving to the next icon on the left causes it to focus the text instead of the icon which makes it feel very slow. (See video in attachement) It should always focus the icon and pop-up the text instantly instead of doing it like this which causes different behavior depending on the direction the mouse is being moved.

Let's call it fixed. If however, you can reproduce the issue in Plasma 6.2 or later once you upgrade to that version, feel free to re-open it.
