STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  wait for incoming call on the phone
2.  swipe down on the phone to reject the call

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop kdeconnect notification shows this call as missed

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be no desktop notification after the call was rejected
