SUMMARY Binding the Alt+Print Screen key combination doesn't work and displays as garbage (https://grzesiek11.stary.pc.pl/files/images/Screenshot_20230925_034150.png). I'd like for this to be promoted to the 15-Minute Bug Initiative, as this was actually discovered by a real user I was helping to get into Linux and Plasma, when they wanted to add a shortcut for full screen capture to Spectacle, as the popular Windows software ShareX apparently uses that combination. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open System Settings 2. Go to "Shortcuts", then "Shortcuts" 3. Select "Add Application..." and select any program 4. Select "Add custom shortcut" 5. Press Alt+Print Screen (do not release) 6. Observe the result (1) 7. Release the keys 8. Observe the result (2) 9. Select "Apply" 10. Press Alt+Print Screen 11. Observe the result (3) OBSERVED RESULT 1. The binding is not finalized 2. The binding displays as garbage 3. The program doesn't launch EXPECTED RESULT 1. The binding is finalized 2. The binding displays as Alt+Print (honestly though, the name for the Print Screen key should be Print Screen, not Print, though I don't think it's worth it's own bug, and AFAIK key names are not in KDE anyways) 3. The program launches when the binding is used SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 12 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.7 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0 Qt Version: 5.15.10 Kernel Version: 6.4.0-4-amd64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660/PCIe/SSE2 Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
