STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to /usr/share/icons/breeze/places/32/
2. Select folder-image.svg
3. Look at the status message under the main view

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin claims that the link's target is itself

EXPECTED RESULT
Right-click > Show Target confirms that the actual target is folder-pictures

Looks like a duplicate of bug #456198 but that's marked as fixed in version 23.08

With 24.02 and the exact same steps, the symlink target shown is now "http://folder-pictures.svg" — which is still wrong, but in a different way :)
