SUMMARY
It would be great to have an AMOLED dark theme, or true black, if that makes more sense, since phones with AMOLED (and OLED?) screens would be able to benefit in a few ways, like reducing battery drain and reducing eye strain, among other things.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Maybe ?*
* I'm not aware of the quantity of people on those platforms that would benefit from this.
Android : Would be great (For all versions?)
IOS : I don't know if it is applicable for iPhones/iPads
