preview window is over the taskbar.

SUMMARY

When moving the mouse all the way down to the taskbar on an application playing audio. the preview/adjust volume is displayed over the taskbar (look at attached image). I am able to consistently reproduce this.

This is probably related to another weird issue, sometimes while moving the mouse all the way down over an application. The preview window of the application playing audio is shown, and not the one the mouse is hovering over. This seems to happen most when I'm in a video meeting. Haven't been able to reproduce this one though.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start mutliple applications, have 1 playing audio.
2. move the mouse all the way down to the taskbar to the audio playing application, but make sure it only travels over the icon of the audio playing application.
3. the preview window is now displayed over the taskbar.

OBSERVED RESULT
Preview mini windows is over/covereing the taskbar.

EXPECTED RESULT
Preview window displayed on top of taskbar.
