STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kdenlive
2. Menu Project -> Add Title Clip 
3. In Title editing window, click Open Document

OBSERVED RESULT
In the popup dialog, the "Filter" is set to "*.kdenlivettile"

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be "*.kdenlivetitle"

Thanks for your report. Turns out this was caused by a translation error.
This should now be fixed in git with this commit:
https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/commit/2b90c747ef47e3a97f0924ad9f1d59c00f0d5948
