After you open the kweather app and scroll down to the first row (the one that has the daily temperatures for several days) when hovering over the squares that contain the arrows that allow you to move between days they (the squares) start to flicker.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kweather app
2. hover over the left/right arrows
3.
