We try, but evidently it's not working properly.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue anymore with any apps from either the PackageKit or Flatpak backend. Is it still happening for you, Patrick?

If so, can you narrow it down to just certain apps, or just certain backends? For example you can run Discover with `plasma-discover --backends packagekit` to only see apps from distro repos. and `flatpak` to only see apps from Flatpak.
Comment 3 Patrick Silva 2023-10-20 11:20:30 UTC
I can reproduce with KolourPaint and GCompris present in the Home immediately after opening Discover.
Comment 4 Nate Graham 2023-10-20 15:04:14 UTC
Thanks. Cannot reproduce with plasma-discover --application appstream:org.kde.kolourpaint.desktop, but maybe it's something that only manifests on Qt 6.6. Will re-test once I get that Qt version.
Comment 5 Nate Graham 2024-02-05 22:18:09 UTC
Not able to reproduce it with Qt 6.6. Have you been able to reproduce this with the latest Plasma 6 code, Patrick?
Comment 6 Patrick Silva 2024-02-05 22:50:28 UTC
Can reproduce on neon unstable,.
Comment 7 Nate Graham 2024-02-06 15:08:40 UTC
Could you attach a screen recording, maybe?
