SUMMARY

Hello, in the last Neon unstable the "Enable Presentation Mode" from the system tray can't be disabled once enabled.
Moreover, I had a USB stick and I was not able to press the "mount and open" button after enabling the presentation mode. I'm not sure if this bug is related to the presentation mode

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the system tray arrow
2. Select Display Configuration
3. Enable the "Presentation mode" as in the attached screenshot
4. Try to disable it

OBSERVED RESULT
It can't be disabled

EXPECTED RESULT
It should be disabled as in Plasma 5.27

Works for me with Plasma 6 built from source on top of Fedora 38. So this is either a Qt 6.6 issue, or a Neon-specific packaging problem.

Can you run `journalctl -f` in a terminal window and paste any output the appear in the window when you try to disable presentation mode?

Hello,
is shows nothing. As you can see in the screen capture attached, it shows a lot of
neon plasmashell [1946]:

when I open the Display Configuration page, but when I click the toggle, nothing happens.

FYI I'm using the "LiveCD" of the Neon Unstable, the system is not installed.

I don't suppose you can try a live CD of Plasma 5 to see if the same thing happened there?

no problems at all. I have tested the live iso of neon-user and it works fine.
See attached the same screen capture on this live -Plasma 5.27-

I think it's a neon packaging problem, operation files are not installed
