SUMMARY I have a Swiss-French keyboard and and when I enter the decimal point on the numerical keypad, nothing happens. Normally, a comma should appear, since it is the decimal separator in French. The problem is not present in any of the other programs I use and appeared when I upgraded to Kmymoney 5.1.3. NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug symbols. See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 2. 3. The behavior of the decimal point on the numeric keypad can be controlled via global KDE SystemSettings/Input Devices/Keyboard/Advanced and the item "Numeric keypad Delete behavior". I switched mine to "Four-level key with abstract separators" to work for me. Produces a dot in text widgets and a comma in amount widgets (at least for KMyMoney). Can you get it to work changing the settings?

I have Ubuntu-Gnome, so I don't have: global KDE SystemSettings/Input Devices/Keyboard/Advanced. However, I added an English keyboard option and then the issue was resolved, even when still using the Swiss-French keyboard.
