Description maycin 2023-09-10 11:58:34 UTC
SUMMARY
Copy Location on Windows 10 display file path as Unix path instead of Windows path.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on any file.
2. Copy Location and problem appears.
3. Open some program e.g. Notepad and paste location and I get: C:/some_folter/some_file.txt.

OBSERVED RESULT
Notice there are "/" as folder separators.

EXPECTED RESULT
On Windows paths should be separated with "\" character".

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is specially annoying, when I would like to use file paths in Command Prompt e.g. "cd <file_path>" to change directory to specified path.

By the way, the same problem appears if I copy file path from Location Bar.
