STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings
2. select any KCM
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
the selected KCM is not highlighted in the sidebar

EXPECTED RESULT
the selected KCM is highlighted in the sidebar

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition

This seems to be fixed with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/systemsettings/-/commit/6e94f59ff646193990399cf3a3afe2d6b76db6b8
