Description svlmrc 2023-09-07 21:22:31 UTC
SUMMARY
***
I'm on Wayland. The mouse cursor is laggy in stuttering.
On X11 it is perfectly fine, no stutter at all. The lagginess is proportional to GPU usage, as far as I can see.
Could be because it doesn't use hw cursor or similar, not really sure

This is a major area of focus for Plasma 6 and is already basically fixed; see https://zamundaaa.github.io/wayland/2023/08/29/getting-rid-of-cursor-stutter.html.
