Note: I am on version 23.04.3, but that's not in the dropdown list above

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. import an image sequence
2. place sequence on timeline
3. left click on sequence on timeline and select "change speed"
4. select "reverse clip" and click "ok"

OBSERVED RESULT
small warning sign says "change speed failed"

EXPECTED RESULT
clip would reverse
