STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Lock the session (win + L)
2.  Press Esc to power off monitor (It is necessary!)
3.  Unlock session back

OBSERVED RESULT
1.Desktop icons is auto aligned (in my case at top left corner)
2.The application that was opened before locking have broken window collapse animation (other animations works fine)
Applications started after that bug have no animations issue

Logs:
No any errors except this:
user@1000.service	Couldn't map window 0x7faee8a8dcc0 as subsurface because its parent is not mapped.

What helped:
plasmashell --replace :)

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux:  Debian stable 12. Kernel 6.1.0-11-amd64
Graphics platform: Wayland
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

How many monitors are connected?

One monitor connected by hdmi to integrated graphics (ryzen 7700x). 
Resolution 2560x1440
Refresh rate 120Hz (on 144hz got black screen)
Video drivers default  (amdgpu as I suppose)
