SUMMARY
Adding new command after cancelling edit opens edit again

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add any new command shortcut via "Add Command...".
2. Open edit of the added command and close the dialog with "X".
3. Press "Add Command..." to add a new command.
4. "Edit Command" dialog for previously added command is opened instead of an "Add Command" dialog for a new one.

OBSERVED RESULT
Edit is reopened for previously cancelled edit instead of dialog for creating new one.

EXPECTED RESULT
Pressing "Add Command..." should open "Add Command" dialog with empty input box.

This is fixed in Plasma 6 already.
