When clicking on applications pinned to the task manager icon on the panel, different applications are opened. This only happened on Wayland, not X11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pinned a few applications on the panel
2. After using it for some time, the application on the panel opened an incorrect application.

OBSERVED RESULT
For example, clicking the Firefox icon would open OBS.

EXPECTED RESULT
The application icon opens the correct application.

I've never seen this.

When this happened, I noticed that the second in my digital clock stop.
I un-freezed it by switching between floating panel and back.
